Historic Scotland‘s answer was to run a competition to let one of them make their own video. Their challenge — to decide which historic figure through time they would like to interview and what they would ask. The winner would then be invited to produce a short report from Stirling Castle during its “Renaissance Revelry” event. The competition was open to children between the ages of 5 and 12. The winners became “junior reporter” for the day.
